Arne Roock

Arne Roock (aka Dr. Rock) works with Jimdo in Germany – a company that provides a really easy-to-use construction kit for websites.

Arne has a great deal experience with Lean and Kanban in different contexts like start-ups, medium sized companies and international corporations. He is fascinated by Systems Thinking and loves to experiment with ideas from Ackoff, Drucker, Deming etc.

Back in 2012, Arne has been rewarded with the Brickell Key Award for his engagement in the Lean/Kanban community.

MArkus Andrezak

Markus Andrezak is working in the fuzzy front end of Product Development. He helps companies define and adapt products that people love and engage with. He currently tries to define what Lean means in this area. He has also helped to redefine Portfolio Management within the community. He co-founded überproduct.de, a consultancy focusing on product and strategy.

Wolfgang Wiedenroth

Before Wolfgang learned about Kanban he worked as a ScrumMaster for almost five years. In 2010 he discovered Kanban, fell in love with its first principle "Start with what you do now" and became a real Kanban enthusiast. Today he works as an Agile Coach and Trainer for it-agile, helping his customers to better understand their situation and learn how to use this new knowledge in order to improve. Klaus Leopold

Klaus Leopold, author of the book "Kanban in der IT" is a LKU accredited Kanban trainer and Kanban coach with LEANability. His main interest is painless evolutionary change leadership using the Kanban method. Klaus is cofounder of the Limited WIP Society Austria and the Swiss Limited WIP Society. Pawel Brodzinski

Pawel Brodzinski is a leader, a team builder and a change agent, but most of all he is an always experimenting practitioner trying to make his teams work better (and learn in the process).He has been a leader of the first Kanban implementation in software industry in Poland.
